NOVELTY - Preparing MXene composite foam based on the polyurethane foaming principle involves mixing the two-dimensional transition metal carbonitride MXenes and isocyanate uniformly to obtain a formazan solution. The combined polyether is mixed with the material pre-composited with MXene to obtain a second solution. The combined polyether is propylene glycol block polyether, polyoxyethylene or polyoxypropylene block polymer, and the material pre-composited with MXene is MXenes material, graphene, carbon nanotubes or metal oxide particles. The first solution and second solution are stirred and mixed to obtain a colloidal solution. The colloidal solution is transferred to the metal mold and wait for the colloidal solution to foam and filled the metal mold to obtain MXene composite foam based on the polyurethane foaming principle. USE - Method for preparing MXene composite foam based on polyurethane foaming principle. ADVANTAGE - The MXene composite foam has an obvious three-dimensional network structure, its conductivity can reach 10-6-10-12s/m, and it can absorb electromagnetic waves at 10-18GHz and has excellent mechanical properties.
