NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene material, involves adding graphite material and intercalation agent, mixing to obtain premix, kneading and stripping system and expansion system, pulverizing and dispersing, crushing, stripping large flaky graphite into large flaky graphene by friction of three-level conical friction component, pressurizing expansion system, conveying graphene aggregate, cleaning graphene aggregate with acetone for 2-3 times, removing intercalation agent, centrifuging, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain graphene material. USE - Method for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene material with high quality and high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene material, involves continuous stripping of intercalated graphite with strong friction produced by multi-stage conical mixer. The specific process is carried out by (1) adding graphite material and intercalation agent in a mass ratio of 100:3-10 to high-speed mixing mixer, mixing at 800-1200 rpm for 6-l0 minutes, so that the intercalation agent is uniformly dispersed in the graphite layered structure, obtaining premix, (2) adding premix to multi-stage conical mixer provided with drive system, kneading and stripping system and expansion system, pulverizing the premix and dispersing by pin-type dispersing element, crushing pulverized dispersed premix into thick sheet through conical alignment element, stripping large flaky graphite into large flaky graphene by friction of three-level conical friction component, pressurizing expansion system, conveying graphene aggregate, (3) cleaning graphene aggregate with acetone for 2-3 times, removing intercalation agent, centrifuging, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain graphene material. The intercalating agent is composed of polyethylene glycol, lead phthalic anhydride, cetyl dimethyl ammonium salt in mass ratio of 3:2:(2-5). The kneading and stripping system comprises pin-type dispersing element, conical orientation elements and three-level conical friction components. The inner wall of the mixing chamber is provided with large curved surface helical surface and spiral surface positioned at 30-45 degrees . The gap between the conical alignment element and inner wall of mixing chamber is fixed at 1-2 mm. The three-level conical friction element is provided with spring closely fitted to mixing chamber. The expansion system is provided with pressurized pump at the discharge port. The friction-stripped graphene is pressurized and naturally rapidly depressurized at the outlet.
