▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves molding a supporting body (215) having a non-planar surface (245) i.e. curved surface. Graphene (255) is coated onto the supporting body according to a desired pattern of an antenna (205) by coating the graphene onto the non-planar surface according to part of the desired pattern of the antenna. A contact object (225) is electrically coupled to the formed antenna. The formed antenna is made to penetrate through a through-hole (235) to electrically couple the contact object. A bonding material is utilized to seal the through-hole. USE - Method for forming an antenna that is used in a communication electronic product i.e. mobile device. Uses include but are not limited to a smartphone, mobile phone, notebook, tablet personal computer, personal navigation device (PND) and a global position system (GPS) device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables forming the antenna in a simple manner, avoiding limitation of special plastics supply, and forming antenna on any geometric surface is easily met. The method enables forming the antenna with material that is cheap and easily obtained and metallization for conductivity enhancement is not required, thus decreasing thickness of the antenna to facilitate cladding of the antenna, and decreasing manufacturing cost. The method enables using bonding material to seal the through-hole to ensure antenna quality. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a carrier with an antenna.
