NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial warm-keeping flocculus, involves (i) mixing viscose fiber, cotton fiber and three-dimensional curled hollow Terylene(RTM: Polyethylene terephthalate) fiber, opening and carding to obtain fiber net, re-arranging the fiber net and then sending into the lapping machine for lapping, obtaining the fiber flocculus, needling and reinforcing to obtain the semifinished product, (ii) adding coupling agent KH-560 into ethanol solution to make the KH- 560 mass fraction is 1.3-1.5% to obtain first processing liquid, placing the semifinished product in the first treatment liquid, soaking,(iii) dosage ratio of the semi-finished product to the first treatment liquid to the second treatment liquid is 1g:10mL of: 10mL, where the second treatment liquid is prepared from antibacterial particles, distilled water and a penetrating agent JFC-1 according to the mass ratio of 10-15:100-120:2-3, and mixing.
