NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene steel structure anti-rust coating comprises 16.7-17.1 pts. wt. water, 0.148-0.151 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.195-0.205 pts. wt. multifunctional additives, 0.48-0.505 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 9.75-10.25 pts. wt. iron oxide red powder, 4.5-5.2 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 3.5-4.35 pts. wt. talc, 7.8-8.25 pts. wt. mica powder, 8.2-8.65 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 39.5-41 pts. wt. emulsion,, 0.009-0.014 pts. wt. graphene, 0.18-0.23 pts. wt. bactericide, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. alcohol ester, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. alcohol, 0.145-0.155 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.09-0.12 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 1.85-2.2 pts. wt. 10% sodium nitrite, 0.48-0.52 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.195-0.21 pts. wt. thickening agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation of aqueous graphene steel structure antirust coating comprising (1) preparing 16.7-17.1 pts. wt. water, 0.148-0.151 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.195-0.205 pts. wt. multifunctional additives, 0.48-0.505 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 9.75-10.25 pts. wt. iron oxide red powder, 4.5-5.2 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 3.5-4.35 pts. wt. talc, 7.8-8.25 pts. wt. mica powder, 8.2-8.65 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 39.5-41 pts. wt. emulsion,, 0.009-0.014 pts. wt. graphene, 0.18-0.23 pts. wt. bactericide, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. alcohol ester, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. alcohol, 0.145-0.155 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.09-0.12 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 1.85-2.2 pts. wt. 10% sodium nitrite, 0.48-0.52 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.195-0.21 pts. wt. thickening agent,(2) providing 15-16.5 pts. wt. water, adding to the coating tank, turning on the disperser, adjusting the speed of the disperser to run at a low speed and uniform speed, generally using 100-200r/minute, adding 0.195-0.205 pts. wt. multifunctional auxiliary agent, 0.48-0.505 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent and 0.145-0.152 pts. wt. defoaming agent in sequence, adjusting the rotating speed of the disperser to run at a high speed and uniform speed, generally using 500-600 revolutions/minute, slowly adding 0.148-0.151 pts. wt. bentonite under the high speed and uniform speed operation, and continuously dispersing at a high speed and uniform speed for 5-10 minutes, (3) adding 9.75-10.25 pts. wt. red iron oxide powder, 4.5-5.2 part of zinc phosphate, 3.5-4.35 pts. wt. talc, 7.8-8.25 pts. wt. mica powder and 8.2-8.65 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate under high-speed and uniform operation, and continuously dispersing at high speed for 30-35 minutes, (4) adding 0.6-1.7 pts. wt. water to clean the cylinder wall after high-speed and uniform dispersion time, and (5) adjusting the speed of the disperser to be at a medium speed and a constant speed, generally using 280-320 revolutions/minute, adding 39.5-41 pts. wt. emulsion, 0.009-0.014 pts. wt. graphene, 0.18-0.23 pts. wt. bactericide, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. alcohol ester, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. alcohol, 0.145-0.155 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.09-0.12 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 1.85-2.2 pt. wt. 10% sodium nitrite, 0.48-0.52 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.195-0.21 pts. wt. thickening agent under the medium-speed and uniform operation, and then dispersing at a medium speed and uniform speed for 5-10 minutes to obtain a finished coating solution, and (6) naturally cooling the prepared finished coating liquid to room temperature, and then injecting the cooled coating liquid into the packaging barrel for packaging and preservation.
