NOVELTY - An alloy material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene-flame retardant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. lubricant. The graphene-flame retardant is nitrogen-phosphorus-based dendrimer-functionalized graphene. USE - Alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material has excellent mechanical performance, glossiness, high temperature resistance and flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of alloy material, which involves mixing above raw materials in a high-speed mixer, extruding and granulating the mixed material in a twin-screw extruder and drying, and injection molding obtained pellets.
