▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of cubic iron-based oxyhydroxide/graphene composite material involves adding metal iron source, sodium sulfate and graphene oxide to deionized water at room temperature, where 120-720 mg sodium sulfate is added for every 20-40 mL deionized water, magnetically stirring for 10 minutes, transferring to PTFE-lined oven, reacting at 100-160 degrees C for 4-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering using deionized water, washing until neutral, and freeze-drying. The cubic iron-based oxyhydroxide/graphene composite material has size of 360-540 nm. The mass ratio of sodium sulfate to metal iron source is (1:3)-(8:5). The mass ratio of sodium sulfate to graphene oxide is (3.2:1)-(16:1). USE - Preparation of cubic iron-based oxyhydroxide/graphene composite material for supercapacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and economical, and provides cubic iron-based oxyhydroxide/graphene composite material with excellent synergistic effect, high specific capacity, and excellent conductivity.
