▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Metal oxide based catalyst (I) is new. (I) contains metal 1/metal 2 molar ratio of 0.5-10:1, 1-5 wt.% carbon, and metal oxide and dimetal oxide mass ratio of 1-5:100. USE - (I) is useful for catalyzing transesterification reaction of cyclic carbonate and alcohol to produce aliphatic carbonate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): can realize the transesterification reaction of the cyclic carbonate and different alcohols based on the requirement; and has adjustable alkalinity, simple preparation process and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal oxide based catalyst of formula (M1M2OxCy-M3Oz) (I) is new. (I) contains metal 1 M1/ metal 2 M2 molar ratio of 0.5-10:1, 1-5 wt.% carbon, and metal oxide (M3Oz) and dimetal oxide (M1M2OxCy) mass ratio of 1-5:100. M1 = divalent metal, preferably Mg2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Ca2+, Co2+, Ba2+ or Sr2+; M2 = trivalent or tetravalent metal, preferably Al3+, Fe3+, Ga3+, In3+ or La3+; Cy = carbon; and M3Oz = Na2O, K2O, CeO2 or ZrO2. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); and (2) preparing aliphatic carbonates, comprising crushing (I) into 20-60 meshes, placing it into a fixed-bed reactor, treating it for 2-4 hours at 400-600degrees Celsius under gas hourly space velocity of 200-500 ml/gcat.h and nitrogen atmosphere, adjusting the reaction temperature to 60-150degrees Celsius, adding the cyclic carbonate and alcohol respectively, controlling the reaction pressure to 0.1-2 MPa, the mass of the cyclic carbonate is 0.2-0.5/hour, the mass liquid space of alcohol is 0.7-3.6/hour.
