▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A deacetylated konjac glucomannan-oxidized graphene sol is prepared by adding konjac glucomannan to alkaline graphene solution and stirring. Konjac glucomannan-graphene oxide irreversible gel is prepared by heating deacetylated konjac glucomannan-oxidized graphene sol in water bath, cooling, placing gel in refrigerator and freezing, removing from refrigerator and thawing at room temperature. A water purifying sponge is prepared by removing konjac glucomannan-graphene oxide irreversible gel from vacuum oven and drying at 35 degrees C and -0.09 MPa for 20-30 hours. USE - Preparation of konjac glucomannan water purifying sponge (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of konjac glucomannan water purifying sponge with large numbers of pores, high specific surface area and excellent adsorption property, antibacterial property and natural degradation characteristics by economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide solution is prepared by adding 3 g graphite of 325 mesh, 3 g sodium nitrate and 140 mL concentrated sulfuric acid to beaker, magnetically stirring mixture in ice water bath, reacting for 15 minutes, adding 24 g potassium permanganate to reaction system, stirring at 35 degrees C for 2 hours to form dark green viscous material, increasing temperature of water bath to 90 degrees C, adding 40 mL deionized water to reaction system, stirring for 1 hour, adding 18 mL hydrogen peroxide solution and 100 mL deionized water to form light brown solution, adding 200 mL hydrochloric acid solution to system, washing mixture, removing supernatant, repeating washing for 3 times, adding 800 mL deionized water to system, centrifuging mixture at 9000 rpm for 30 minutes, removing supernatant, repeating washing to form supernatant with pH 7 and to obtain graphene oxide solution without impurities, dispersing graphene oxide solution in 1 L deionized water and ultrasonically treating mixture at power of 30 kHz and 3 minute/mL for 3 hours. The hydrogen peroxide solution comprises 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution. The volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide solution and hydrochloric acid solution is 1:10. An alkaline oxide graphene solution is prepared by evenly stirring 5-60 pts. wt. graphene solution and 38-93 pts. wt. water, adding 0.20-0.24 pt. wt. anhydrous sodium carbonate and stirring mixture until sodium carbonate is completely dissolved. A deacetylated konjac glucomannan-oxidized graphene sol is prepared by adding 1.5-2 pts. wt. konjac glucomannan to alkaline graphene solution and stirring at 40 degrees C and 350 rpm for 1-4 minutes. Konjac glucomannan-graphene oxide irreversible gel is prepared by heating deacetylated konjac glucomannan-oxidized graphene sol in water bath at 90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, placing gel in refrigerator and freezing at -18 degrees C for 12-18 hours, removing from refrigerator and thawing at room temperature. A water purifying sponge is prepared by removing konjac glucomannan-graphene oxide irreversible gel from vacuum oven and drying at 35 degrees C and -0.09 MPa for 20-30 hours.
