▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene is prepared by preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and fluorine-containing surface active agent solution by dispersing graphene oxide and fluorine-containing surface active agent in de-ionized water; heating at 20-100 degrees C, stirring, cooling to room temperature, filtering, reserving filter cake, drying in vacuum, and obtaining fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene oxide powder; and adding the powder with gaseous reducing agent. USE - Method for preparing fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene for electrode of electric double-layer capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, uses raw materials that are low in cost and are readily available, has low production cost, and is suitable for industrial production. The obtained graphene has large specific surface area, high electrochemical stability and high fluorine-containing organic electrolyte wettability. It improves energy density of the capacitor and reduces equivalent series resistance. The capacitor has high capacity, low internal resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene comprises: (A) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and fluorine-containing surface active agent solution by dispersing graphene oxide and fluorine-containing surface active agent in de-ionized water, the surface active agent being Perfluorooctane sulfonate, Potassium perfluorooctane sulfonate, Perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride, Nonafluorobutanesulfonyl fluoride, Potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate, Noneneperfluoroalkoxy benzene sulfonate, Propyl-perfluorooctane sulfonamide potassium glutamate, Perfluorotributylamine, Perfluorotripropylamine, Perfluorooctane sulfonamide, Perfluoroalkyl polyethers, Perfluoroalkyl betaine, Perfluorooctane sulfonyl iodide, Perfluorooctane quaternary ammonium iodide, Perfluorooctylsulfonyl aminopropyltriethoxy silane, Perfluoroalkyl carboxylate, Perfluoroalkylamine, Perfluorinated tertiary amines, and Perfluorinated acrylic polymer; (B) heating at 20-100 degrees C, stirring at 500-2000 rpm for 24 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, reserving filter cake, drying at 160-180 degrees C for 6-24 hours in vacuum, and obtaining fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene oxide powder; and (C) adding the powder with gaseous reducing agent, a mass ratio of the reducing agent to the graphite oxide powder being 1:1-5:1, heating at 60-120 degrees C, reacting for 12-48 hours, and reducing to obtain fluorine-containing surfactant modified graphene.
