NOVELTY - The present invention provides a functionalized graphene doping to enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell structure of the polymer, mainly comprising an anode layer, a hole transport layer, an octyl amine-functionalized graphene layer, a silver nano-oleic particle layer, an active layer, a cathode layer, and between the intercalation way to make the TOA functionalized graphene layer and the oleic acid silver nanoparticles layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the active layer; whereby innovation and unique design, the present invention is to make the intercalation way octylamine functionalized graphene layer and the oleic acid silver nanoparticles layer disposed between the hole transport layer between the active layer, can increase the absorption of light, and has a high carrier mobility and chemical and physical stability of the more, and then make the structure of the present invention to achieve the lifting of solar cells by the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
