NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene transparent conductive electrode involves using chemical vapor deposition method to deposit a graphene film on the surface of a metal foil to form a preparation film, adhering a transparent flexible substrate to the surface of the graphene film in the preparation film using a hot roll pressing method to form an intermediate film, using a feed roller to transfer the intermediate film to the alcohol/water mixed solution, using a separation roller to peel the combination of graphene film and transparent flexible substrate in the intermediate film from the surface of the metal foil, and drying the obtained material. USE - Preparation of graphene transparent conductive electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of graphene transparent conductive electrode with improved performance, and area.
