NOVELTY - Reinforced polyamide composite material comprises 30-80 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 10-40 pts. wt. continuous long glass fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.65-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-1 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as reinforced polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has an ideal antistatic effect, and excellent mechanical properties. The method: is simple: uses graphene, which has excellent electrical properties as an antistatic agentn, has an extremely high aspect ratio, and forms interconnected conductive networks in the composite; uniformly disperses the graphene in polyamide phase in the composite by a two-step extrusion process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing reinforced polyamide composite material comprising (i) adding polyamide resin, graphene and antioxidants into a high-speed mixer, mixing uniformly, extruding, granulating through a twin-screw extruder and drying to obtain graphene/polyamide blend, (ii) adding graphene/polyamide blends, compatibilizers and lubricants into the high-speed mixer, mixing uniformly, and passig through a twin-screw extruder into a soaking groove, and (iii) passing the continuous long glass fiber through a gap between a two dispersion rolls, dispersing long glass fibers by the two dispersion rollers, completely impregnating polyamide melt base in the soaking groove into the long glass fiber, guiding the impregnated long glass fiber by a guide roller, pulling out from a long glass fiber outlet, exporting by an outer guide roller, cooling, pelletizing until the pellet length of 10-20 mm and drying.
