NOVELTY - The device has a graphene storage unit (100) for storing and stirring grapheme. A high-pressure cleaning unit (200) cleans metal materials (500) at high pressure, where the material is made of carbon steel, ferrous metals including stainless steel, nonferrous metals including aluminum, magnesium alloys, and titanium alloys. A graphene coating chamber (300) comprises an external chamber (310) with oxygen-free atmosphere. An inner chamber (320) is formed in the outer chamber to coat a surface of the metal material with graphene in the oxygen-free atmosphere. A graphene supply line (330) is connected between the graphene storage unit and the inner chamber to provide a movement path for graphene supplied from the graphene storage unit to the inner chamber. A graphene supply pump (340) transfers the graphene to the inner chamber through the graphene supply line. A graphene recovery pump (360) transfers the graphene to the graphene storage unit through a graphene recovery line (350). USE - Device for coating graphene on a surface of a metal material. ADVANTAGE - The device can efficiently use the graphene and minimize graphene consumption by adjusting supply amount of the graphene according to a graphene coating order of the metal material. The graphene in the graphene coating chamber is recovered and reused, so that graphene waste and reducing graphene cost are reduced. The device can enhance surface hardness and surface strength of the metal material by uniformly coating the graphene on the surface of the metal material. The device can enhance thermal conductivity of the metal material, improve wear resistance and enhance corrosion resistance by the surface coating due to non-chemical transformation of graphene.
