NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial agent comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide powder in a solvent, adding titanium chloride powder, ultrasonically stirring to react for reacting titanium ions with carboxy groups on graphene oxide to form (-COO)4-Ti bonds, (ii) adding silane coupling agent hydrolysate to reaction system, and ultrasonically vibrating reaction system to make silanol produced by hydrolysis of silane coupling agent react with hydroxy groups on graphene oxide to form Si-O-C bonds, and (iii) suction filtering reaction product, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain titanium ion-loaded silane coupling agent-modified graphene oxide, i.e. antibacterial agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial agent as antibacterial material in preparing masks (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The agent has high-efficacy, and high utilization rate of light energy and significant antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An independent claims are also claimed for: (1) antibacterial agent, prepared by above method; (2) antibacterial material, comprising antibacterial agent, and matrix resin, where the matrix resin includes polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyamide, polyurethane, polylactic acid, polyvinyl chloride and/or silica gel, and the antibacterial material further includes antioxidants, light stabilizers, lubricants and/or flavors.
