NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorinated graphene film using fluorine gas as a fluorine source involves preparing a graphene oxide film by molding a graphene oxide dispersion and drying at 50-60 degrees C for 2 hours or more, preferably 4-6 hours, and preparing fluorinated graphene film by reacting the graphene oxide film by introducing a mixed gas containing 20-40 vol.%, preferably 20-30 vol.% fluorine gas and 60-80 vol.%, preferably 60-70 vol.% nitrogen into a reaction kettle at 40-120 degrees C, preferably 80-120 degrees C for 1-4 hours, and vacuum drying for 10-12 hours at 50-60 degrees C. USE - Preparation of fluorinated graphene film used for high quality barrier material and lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and can produce fluorinated graphene film with high output using easily available raw materials. The fluorinated graphene film has excellent thermal stability and chemical stability.
