NOVELTY - The graphene electrode has a slide glass substrate or a PET substrate which is coated with a titanium nitride film or a gallium nitride film. The thickness of the film is 30 - 50nm. A sheet substrate of the slide glass is placed in ethanol. USE - Graphene electrode with nitride protective layer. ADVANTAGE - The protection of the graphene surface is realized without destroying the original transparency and conductivity of the graphene. The service life of the graphite electrode is prolonged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene electrode with nitride protective layer.
