NOVELTY - A coating comprises 3-8 pts. wt. m-phenylenediamine, 2-8 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 3-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-8 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, 5-10 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 3-10 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 3-8 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 2-7 pts. wt. poly(vinyl butyral), 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc yellow, 1-7 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-7 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. ferrite powder, 30-50 pts. wt. diatom mud, 1-5 pts. wt. complexing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. fungicides, 2-6 pts. wt. anti-freeze agent, 2-5 pts. wt. pigment and 50-70 pts. wt. deionized water.
