NOVELTY - Waterproof coating comprises 12-17 pts. wt. modified butyl acrylate emulsion, 8-13 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 13-19 pts. wt. castor oil, 10-14 pts. wt. talc, 7-11 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 11-17 pts. wt. graphene, 9-13 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 6-10 pts. wt. dimethylethanolamine, 5-9 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 5-9 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 8-14 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 12-15 pts. wt. coalescing agent and 10-16 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The waterproof coating is useful in decoration engineering. ADVANTAGE - The waterproof coating has good binding strength, water resistance, impact resistance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the waterproof coating comprising (a) adding ethyl orthosilicate and dibutyltin dilaurate into a reaction kettle, heating to 65-68 degrees C, stirring the reaction for 22-24 minutes, then adding graphene, talc and titanium dioxide, heating to 74-76 degrees C, and stirring to react at a rate of 90 revolutions/minute for 12-15 minutes to obtain a mixture, (b) adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the mixture, controlling the temperature at 78 degrees C, and slowly stirring until the addition of absolute ethyl alcohol is completed to obtain a second mixture, (c) mixing the modified butyl acrylate emulsion, castor oil and polymerization inhibitor, heating to 58-62 degrees C, stirring the reaction for 15 minutes, then adding dimethylethanolamine, and allowing to stand for 30-35 minutes to obtain a third mixture, and (d) adding deionized water into the mixture, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 12-15 minutes, then adding the second mixture, stirring uniformly, adding antifoaming agent and a coalescing agent, stirring the reaction at a rate of 160 revolutions/minute for 15 minutes, carrying out distillation under reduced pressure and removing the water.
