NOVELTY - Preparing graphene anti-cracking glaze involves taking 60% yellow feldspar, 13% of stone dust, 14% of chestnut tree ash, 3% calcite, 10% feldspar, and cleaning raw material to remove impurity, grinding yellow feldspar, lime stone, calcite and feldspar into fine powder. The iron oxide content is adjusted. The crushed yellow feldspar and feldspar are mixed together and then uses reverse flotation method to remove iron. The iron content of feldspar and albite is controlled below 0.1%. The color of the ceramic glaze is affected. The graphene is selected, and placed in suitable container. The macromolecule dispersant is added and mixed uniformly. The yellow feldspar, limestone, calcite, feldspar powder and plant ash is mixed into stirrer to stir. The water is added, and mixed uniformly to obtain glair. The glair is placed into proper container. The expansion coefficient of glaze and water is adjusted. USE - Method for preparing graphene anti-cracking glaze. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene anti-cracking glaze that improve strength, toughness, anti-cracking performance, quality and dispersion stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The expansion coefficient of glaze is less than the expansion coefficient of the blank according to expansion coefficient of the blank. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the glaze is greater than the expansion coefficient of the blank body. The glaze layer crack is caused by cooling and stirred uniformly. The graphene dispersion is added into glaze, and then stirred uniformly so that the graphene dispersion is uniformly dispersed in slurry. The dispersed product is uniformly mixed with glaze slurry, and kept for certain time.
