NOVELTY - A graphite/meso-porous titanium dioxide visible light catalyst comprises graphene and titanium dioxide, where grain diameter of single shuttle nano-titanium dioxide particles is 20-100 nm. Each shuttle nano-titanium dioxide particle with mesoporous structure has a titanium dioxide crystal of 5-15 nm. The nano composite light catalyst absorbs visible light whose wavelength is 400-800 nm and the wavelength observes light activating rhodamine B, which has a superior photo-catalytic degradation effect within 1 hour. USE - Graphite/meso-porous titanium dioxide visible light catalyst for photo-catalytic degradation of rhodamine B under visible light. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst can be prepared in a simple and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite/meso-porous titanium dioxide visible light catalyst comprises graphene and titanium dioxide, where fusiform nano-titanium dioxide particles are uniformly dispersed in graphite having grain diameter of 20-100 nm, and single shuttle nano-titanium dioxide particles has mesoporous structure with nano-sized multilayer self-assembling of grain size distribution of 5-15 nm. The nano composite light catalyst absorbs visible light whose wavelength is 400-800 nm and the absorbency of visible light wavelength increases under the reaction condition. The wavelength observes light activating rhodamine B with a superior photo-catalytic degradation effect within 1 hour, where rhodamine is a complete antigen of degraded rhodamine B.
