NOVELTY - The electro-chromic device has a lower graphene layer (105) which is formed in upper portion of lower ion storing layer (106). An electrolyte layer (104) is inserted between upper graphene layer (103) and lower graphene layer. The lower ion storing layer is formed in upper portion of lower substrate (107). The upper graphene layer is arranged in upper portion of the upper ion storage film (102) formed in upper portion of the upper substrate (101). USE - Electro-chromic device with graphene transparent electrode, used in flat panel display, smart window, smart sunroof, filter and rear-view mirror. ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte layer is inserted between upper abd lower graphene layers which are arranged on upper portion of upper and lower ion storage films, so that the damage of the electrode is prevented and the uniformity of electric conduction and increase in chemical resistance are achieved.
