NOVELTY - A plastic tube material comprises modified filler, polyvinyl chloride resin powder, stearic acid monoglyceride, zinc borate, ( gamma )-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, melamine, chlorinated paraffin, calcium carbonate, hydrogenated castor oil, hexadecyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-benzoate, ammonium polyphosphate, graphene, tricresyl phosphate and toluene cresyl phosphate, in preset weight ratio. The modified filler contains barite powder, calcite powder, barium petroleum sulfonate, ( gamma )-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and dimethyl phthalate. USE - Plastic tube material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plastic tube material has high intensity, excellent flame retardance and ultraviolet light resistance effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A plastic tube material comprises 80-140 pts. wt. modified filler, 150-160 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin powder, 1-2 pts. wt. stearic acid monoglyceride, 18-22 pts. wt. zinc borate, 1.2-3.4 pts. wt. ( gamma )-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH570) as silane coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. melamine, 6-8 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 10-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. hexadecyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-benzoate (UV-2908) as ultraviolet light stabilizing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate and 1-2 pts. wt. toluene cresyl phosphate. The modified filler comprises 20-25 pts. wt. barite powder, 10-30 pts. wt. calcite powder, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. barium petroleum sulfonate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. ( gamma )-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH540) as silane coupling agent, 2.5-5 pts. wt. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (BHT) as antioxidant, 0.8-1 pts. wt. potassium aluminum sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 2-4 pts. wt. dimethyl phthalate and 1-2 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate. The modified filler is obtained by mixing barite powder and calcite powder uniformly, calcining at 700-750 degrees C for 1-2 hours, taking out and cooling the mixture, stirring the mixture using 12-18% hydrochloric acid for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing using deionized water, drying, mixing barium petroleum sulfonate, ( gamma )-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, potassium aluminum sulfate, aluminum powder, dimethyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate uniformly, adding preset amount of water, stirring for 30-40 minutes at 50-60 degrees C, drying and crushing.
