NOVELTY - Processing wire-drawing aluminum-plastic composite plate comprises e.g. mixing octafluoropentanol and tetrahydrofuran solution, stirring uniformly to obtain octafluoropentanol solution, taking metal sodium and tetrahydrofuran solution to mix, adding octafluoropentanol solution, mixing and stirring to hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene completely dissolved, mixing 1,6-glycol glycidyl ether, amino cyclotriphosphazene, taking low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-octylene copolymer, flame retardant titanium dioxide oxidation graphene compatibilizer, silane coupling agent and antioxidant, mixing and stirring uniformly, melting, extruding and molding to obtain the core plate, taking the pulling wire aluminum plate, cleaning and drying are respectively used as the upper aluminum plate, lower aluminum plate, which are overlapped in order, and adhering the adjacent plates by polyethylene hot melt adhesive, and hot pressing composite to obtain the finished product. USE - The wire-drawing aluminum-plastic composite plate is useful in household decoration field. ADVANTAGE - The composite plate: has high-strength, excellent flame retardant property, excellent mechanical property, and excellent flame-retardant performance, and has high practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing wire-drawing aluminum-plastic composite plate comprises (i) mixing octafluoropentanol and tetrahydrofuran solution, stirring uniformly to obtain octafluoropentanol solution, taking metal sodium and tetrahydrofuran solution to mix, adding octafluoropentanol solution, stirring until the sodium completely disappears under ice water bath, obtaining tetrahydrofuran solution of sodium octafluoropentylate, taking hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and tetrahydrofuran, mixing and stirring to hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene completely dissolved, adding tetrahydrofuran solution of sodium octafluoropentylate, preserving temperature and reacting for 4-6 hours at 30-35℃, then cooling to -5 to 5℃, introducing ammonia gas, continuously reacting for 20-24 hours, collecting the product, washing and drying, obtaining the amino cyclotriphosphazene, mixing 1,6-glycol glycidyl ether, amino cyclotriphosphazene, heating to 50-60℃, reacting for 30-40 minutes, adding epoxidation titanium dioxide continuously reacting for 1-2 hours to obtain the flame retardant titanium dioxide; and (ii) taking low density polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-octylene copolymer, flame retardant titanium dioxide oxidation graphene compatibilizer, silane coupling agent and antioxidant, mixing and stirring uniformly, melting, extruding and molding to obtain the core plate, taking the pulling wire aluminum plate, cleaning and drying are respectively used as the upper aluminum plate, lower aluminum plate, which are overlapped in order, and adhering the adjacent plates by polyethylene hot melt adhesive, and hot pressing composite to obtain the finished product.
