NOVELTY - Preparing nano silicon dioxide/graphene high-density composite silicon carbon material negative electrode involves mixing the surfactant, water, ammonia water, silicon source, and aminating reagent, performing an amination reaction to obtain aminated silicon dioxide, mixing the aminated silicon dioxide with water, organic acid aqueous solution, and oxidized graphene aqueous solution, carrying out condensation reaction to obtain the precursor, and calcining the precursor to obtain the nano silicon dioxide/graphene high-density composite silicon carbon material negative electrode. USE - Method for preparing nano silicon dioxide/graphene high-density composite silicon carbon material negative electrode, used in a lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved the conductivity of the negative electrode material, has inhibited the volume negative electrode of the material, and is a more stable structure.
