NOVELTY - Graphene heat dissipation coating comprises 5-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 40-60 pts. wt. solvent, 20-60 pts. wt. water, 25-55 pts. wt. resin, 1-1.5 pts. wt. film forming auxiliary agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent 0.3-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, and 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as graphene heat dissipation coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has a flame-retardant and anti-corrosion function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene heat dissipation coating comprising (1) adding water and dispersing agent to high-speed sand mill dispersing machine, and stirring at speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes; (2) adding graphene powder to step (1), adjusting the rotating speed to 3000-5000 revolutions/minute and stirring for 40-60 minutes; (3) adding resin to step (2), adjusting the rotating speed to 5000-6000 revolutions/minute and stirring for 40-60 minutes, adding rust inhibitor, flame retardant, film forming auxiliary agent, curing agent, flatting agent, and antifoaming agent in sequence while stirring, the interval of each addition is 10-20 minutes, obtaining the prefabricated graphene heat-dissipating coating; and (4) adding the graphene heat-dissipating paint obtained in the step (3) into planetary ball mill, grinding and stirring at speed of 200-350 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes, filtering with 200-400 mesh screen, and finally obtain uniformly dispersed, flame-retardant and anticorrosive graphene heat dissipation coating.
