NOVELTY - Preparing palladium molecular sieve catalyst comprises zeolite powder as a carrier, and a palladium double base salt as an active component. The palladium salt is loaded into the zeolite by using palladium salt mixing method or a palladium salt solution dipping method. USE - Method for preparing palladium molecular sieve catalyst for deep dehydrogenation and deoxidization, and used for desorption materials in high-technology fields such as aerospace, aviation, navigation, weapons, and nuclear power. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to adopt a chemical adsorption method, which utilizes palladium salt with strong oxidizing property as an active ingredient to react with trace oxyhydrogen of gas to achieve the aim of deoxidation and dehydrogenation.
