▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Iron-chromium-manganese welding wire comprises 45-48 wt.% chromium powder, 12-14 wt.% nickel powder, 25-28 wt.% manganese powder, 1.4-1.8 wt.% titanium powder, 0.6-1 wt.% aluminum powder, 4-5 wt.% vanadium powder, 0.3-0.6 wt.% graphene powder, and iron powder (balance). USE - Iron-chromium-nickel-manganese (Fe-Cr-Mn) welding wire for use in 800H steel and in aerospace, petrochemical industry and energy power industry. ADVANTAGE - The Fe-Cr-Mn welding wire has excellent mechanical property of the deposited metal, and reduces the production cost of the welding wire. The welding wire effectively reduces the heat stress concentration in the welding, reduces the occurrence of cracking, especially for some high temperature structure which cannot perform heat treatment after welding, and prevents the generation of air hole defect, by reducing the content of nickel.
