NOVELTY - Graphene composite polyurethane fiber comprises 10-35 pts. wt. complex masterbatch, 70-90 pts. wt. polyurethane and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent. The solvent is alcohol i.e., methanol, ethanol or propanol. The complex masterbatch includes 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. fluoro-resin, 5-15 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. surfactant and 30-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as graphene composite polyurethane fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite polyurethane fiber has heat resistance, chlorine resistance and good flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene composite polyurethane fiber, comprising: (i) uniformly dispersing zwitterionic surfactant in solvent to obtain a solution-A; (ii) adding complex master batch into the solution-A, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; (iii) heating and melting the polyurethane, injecting into a molding machine; (iv) ensuring the temperature of polyurethane to 90-130 degrees C under constant speed; and (v) heating the modified polyurethane melt, then subjecting to electrostatic spinning.
