NOVELTY - A double-position catalytic oxygen reduction iron nitrogen doped graphene porous material is prepared from carbonization heat treating polypyrrole and coordination function of trivalent iron, heat treating, transforming using polypyrrole into graphite carbon coated iron carbide, forming iron carbide, generating by-product ferric oxide, generating high temperature carbonizing graphene carbon defects and high temperature ferric oxide, etching, forming porous graphene, and catalytic oxygen reducing iron carbide and doped porous graphene. USE - Double-position catalytic oxygen reduction iron nitrogen doped graphene porous material used as electrode material, and for catalytic fuel cell cathode oxygen reduction. ADVANTAGE - The materials shows very high catalytic activity.
