NOVELTY - Preparation of catalyst coated membrane(CCM) electrode involves (a) adding carbon carrier material into a metal salt solution to obtain a carbon carrier absorbed with metal ions, (b) mixing carbon carrier adsorbed with metal ions, carbon carrier materials, ionomers, organic solvents, binder and water to obtain catalyst precursor slurry, (c) coating the catalyst precursor slurry on the surface of a transfer printing film material, (d) calcining the transfer printing film material loaded with the catalyst precursor layer, (e) coating an ionomer solution on a surface of the catalyst layer to form an ionomer layer, and (f) peeling off the ionomer membrane material after hot pressing. USE - Preparation method of CCM membrane electrode used in electrocatalytitic nitrate reduction during preparation of ammonia (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The CCM membrane electrode has high current density and catalytic selectivity of the reaction system, and greatly improves the output of the electrocatalysis nitrate synthesis ammonia, and realizes industrial electrocatalytic nitrate reduction during ammonia production.
