NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite lithium iron phosphate cathode material involves adding lithium carbonate, ferrous oxalate and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate to a mixed solvent according to a ratio of lithium, iron and phosphorus is1.0-1.5:1-1.5:1, grinding uniformly to obtain a mixed solution, (2) adding predetermined amount of liquid oligomer to the mixed solution, grinding to obtain a slurry of the positive electrode material, (3) spray drying the positive electrode material slurry, obtaining a positive electrode material precursor, (4) preheating the precursor of the positive electrode material under an inert atmosphere, and calcining. USE - Preparation of graphene composite lithium iron phosphate cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and easy to implement, environmentally-friendly, and economical. The coating of graphene effectively controls the growth of crystal grains which maintaining the structural stability of the electrode material and at the same time, the excellent electrical conductivity of graphene accelerates the electron transfer rate of the composite, and effectively improve the conductivity of the electrode material.
