▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-enzyme by reducing graphene oxide with Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, involves dispersing G.lucidum polysaccharide in graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding aqueous ammonia, and uniformly stirring at 80 degrees C to obtain nano-enzyme. USE - The method is used for preparing nano-enzyme, which is used as catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses mild and environmentally-friendly reducing agent, reduces the stacking degree of graphene while effectively reducing graphene oxide, efficiently oxidizes hydrogen peroxide, and ensures high efficient catalytic performance than general natural peroxidase, which adopts nano-enzyme to replace natural peroxidase.
