NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanohorn/graphene/polyaniline composite material, involves adding carbon nanohorn to graphene oxide aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing, adding aniline monomer under acidic conditions, stirring, obtaining carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/aniline acid mixed solution, mixing with initiator acidic solution, reacting, washing and drying to obtain carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material, evenly dispersing carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material in aqueous solution, adding reducing agent and reacting. USE - Preparation of carbon nanohorn/graphene/polyaniline composite material for use in preparation of supercapacitor electrode material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanohorn/graphene/polyaniline composite material is prepared simply and conveniently with excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carbon nanohorn/graphene/polyaniline composite material, involves (i) preparing graphene oxide and using modified Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide nanosheets, dispersing into deionized water to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, (ii) preparing carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite by (a) adding carbon nanohorn to graphene oxide aqueous solution and ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding aniline monomer under acidic conditions, stirring for 2 hours, then heat-preserving at a selected reaction temperature for 30 minutes and obtaining carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/aniline acid mixed solution, (b) weighing certain amount of initiator, dissolving in acidic solution, and reacting at a selected reaction temperature for 30 minutes and obtaining initiator acidic solution, (c) mixing the initiator acidic solution and carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/aniline acid mixed solution, reacting at selected reaction temperature for specific reaction time, washing and drying to obtain carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material, (iii) evenly dispersing carbon nanohorn/graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material in an aqueous solution, then adding reducing agent, reacting at 90 degrees C for 12 hours, then cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water, then adding initiator acidic solution for processing, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain carbon nanohorn/graphene/polyaniline composite material.
