NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film involves modifying graphite by Hummer method and freeze drying to obtain graphite oxide. The graphite oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in solvent to obtain graphite oxide dispersed liquid. The liquid is then taken in certain round or rectangular base container by controlling film thickness. The solvent is naturally evaporated to obtain ordered graphene oxide. This is then heated under inert atmosphere to obtain graphene oxide membrane. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing graphene film is cost effective.
