NOVELTY - A graphene/iron-nickel-spinel-thiosulfate composite catalyst comprises graphene oxide as base, in-situ growth of graphite, iron-nickel sulfide of spinel structure and sulfide of iron, nickel and sulfur atom at a ratio of x:(3-x):4, where x is 0-3. USE - Graphene/iron-nickel-spinel-thiosulfate composite catalyst for preparing dye-sensitized solar energy battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high catalytic efficiency and suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing composite catalyst (2) a method for preparing dye-sensitized solar energy battery.
