NOVELTY - Preparation of low-defect graphene film involves directionally freezing aqueous graphene oxide solution with liquid nitrogen to obtain anisotropic graphene oxide frozen foam with different shapes, drying the anisotropic graphene oxide frozen foam using carbon dioxide supercritical drying method to obtain anisotropic graphene oxide foam, placing the anisotropic graphene oxide foam in a hot-pressing reaction furnace, reducing graphene oxide using hot-pressing oxidation pretreatment process, placing the reduced graphene oxide film in a hot-pressing reaction furnace, carbonizing graphene using high temperature vacuum heat treatment process, placing the graphene carbon film in a high temperature graphitization furnace and graphitizing the carbon film using gradient heating method. USE - The method is useful for preparation of low-defect graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of low-defect graphene film with excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, flexibility and dispersibility.
