NOVELTY - An aniline copolymer graphene composite material has microstructure morphology of sheet-shaped reduction-oxidation graphene loaded on aniline copolymer nanofiber (I). The aniline copolymer comprises aniline and 5-amino salicylic acid. USE - Aniline copolymer graphene composite material used for epoxy-modified acrylic resin paint and amino resin baking varnish material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has electrochemical anti-corrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aniline copolymer graphene composite material has microstructure morphology of sheet-shaped reduction-oxidation graphene loaded on aniline copolymer nanofiber of formula (I). The aniline copolymer comprises aniline and 5-amino salicylic acid. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aniline copolymer graphene composite material comprising taking graphene oxide, aniline and 5-amino salicylic acid, adding water and dispersant, performing reduction-oxidation under ultrasonic condition at 85-100 degrees C for 12-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding concentrated inorganic acid, adjusting pH to 1-2, adding dropwise oxidative polymerization initiator aqueous solution, oxidative polymerizing at 0 degrees C, centrifuging, washing and drying.
