NOVELTY - An alumina composite ceramic composition comprises alumina, zirconia or yttria-stabilized zirconia as an additive (a), and graphene oxide and carbon nanotube, as an additive (b). USE - Alumina composite ceramic composition is used for material of substrate, and insulating package of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The alumina composite ceramic composition has excellent high electrical insulation property, mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of alumina composite ceramic composition, which involves mixing alumina and zirconia or yttria-stabilized zirconia to form a mixture (m1), adding graphene oxide and carbon nanotube to mixture (m1) and mixing to form a mixture (m2), and molding and sintering mixture (m2). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of manufacture of alumina composite ceramic composition.
