▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The Flexible NO2 gas sensor has MWCNTs, RGO and WO3 NPs that are mixed at proper mixing ratio such as 3 is to 1 is to 2 by weight. The MWCNTs and RGO are mixed with the assistance of alpha -terpineol to prepare hybrix mixture solution before adding WO3 NPs. The hybrid mixture solution is dropped on space between two gold (Au) electrodes, away from each other at predetermined distance, deposited on polyimide (PI)/silicon (Si) substrate and dried to prepare the flexible NO2 gas sensor. USE - Flexible NO2 gas sensor for measuring NO2 gas. Can be used in various applications such as vehicles, aircraft, aeronautics, and portable electronics. ADVANTAGE - Flexible NO2 gas sensor is manufactured with outstanding mechanical flexibility, durability, and robustness, and also shows outstanding NO2 gas sensing performance by having short recovery time and high response value, with the short response-recovery time characteristics of the sensor accounted for by the addition of MWCNTs and RGO with WO3NPs, in which low bending energy on the sensing surface (adsorption process) and quick elimination of NO2 molecules (desorption process) are vital.
