USE - The nanocarbon-supported clustered copper nanoenzyme is useful for providing antibacterial effect. ADVANTAGE - The nanocarbon-supported clustered copper nanoenzyme catalyzes the decomposition of oxygen in the air to produce active oxygen substances, which achieves the purpose of sterilization by acting on bacteria, exhibits excellent catalytic and antibacterial performance, has potential applications in the field of biomedicine and contains copper in the form of atom-level dispersed clusters, which significantly improves the catalytic activity of the copper enzyme and enables the antibacterial rate reach 100%. The method is simple to perform with easily controllable reaction process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing the nanocarbon-loaded clustered copper nanoenzyme, involves directly loading the copper nanoparticles on the nanocarbon by deposition precipitation method and reducing the copper nanoparticles at 600 degrees C using hydrogen for 1 hour to obtain product; and (2) use of the nanocarbon-supported clustered copper nanoenzyme for providing antibacterial effect.
