NOVELTY - Nano wire three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises a nanowire array, three-dimensional graphene on the nanowire array, and multiple nanoparticles attached to the three-dimensional graphene or one layer of nano film. USE - Used as nano wire three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The nano wire three-dimensional graphene composite material realizes zero-dimensional to three-dimensional nano material composite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for : (1) electrode comprising the nano wire/threedimensional graphene composite material; (2) supercapacitor comprising an electrolyte, a separator, a current collector and the electrode; (3) battery comprising the electrode; (4) lithium ion battery comprising the electrode as anode, the nanoparticles comprises lithium composite oxide nanoparticles, lithium cobalt oxide nanoparticles, lithium manganese dioxide nanoparticles, lithium manganese tetroxide nanoparticles, lithium iron phosphate nanoparticles, lithium titanium oxide nanoparticles, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide nanoparticles, or nickel cobalt cobalt aluminate nanoparticles; (5) fabricating the nanowire/three-dimensional graphene composite comprising growing the nanowire array on a substrate by vapor deposition, ion sputtering, electrochemical deposition or atomic deposition, growing the three-dimensional graphene on the nanowire array by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method using a mixed gas of a carbon-containing gas and an auxiliary gas as a carbon source, and preparing multiple nanoparticles on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene or one layer of nano-film, where the auxiliary gas comprises argon and hydrogen; and (6) preparing multiple nanoparticles or one layer of nano film on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene comprising direct deposition method, electrochemical deposition method, wet chemical deposition method, vapor deposition method or atomic deposition method, etc., and preparing the three-dimensional graphene surface with multiple nanoparticles or one layer of nano film.
