▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyamide film comprises a polyamide polymer comprising reaction product of diamine monomer and dicarboxylic acid monomer, where the diamine monomer comprises N,N-bis(4-aminophenyl)-N,N-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine. USE - The polyamide film is useful for preparing graphite film. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide film: can be applied to preparation of graphite film with high thickness; has high carbon residue rate (high heat resistance), and high carbon content after graphitization, so that the thickness change of the graphitized polyamide films after calendering is small, so as to obtain the graphite films with high thickness; has a large side chain group of the benzene ring structure, so that the free radical between molecules is increased; facilitates gas dissipation and solvent volatilization; improves production efficiency and the subsequent carbonization or graphitizing; can be foamed by the channel; and improves the appearance of graphite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a graphite film prepared by carbonizing and graphitizing the polyamide film; and preparing the polyamide film, comprising dissolving the diamine monomer and dicarboxylic acid monomer in an organic solvent to obtain a reaction solution, adding 3-methyl pyridine and triphenyl phosphite to the reaction solution, stirring and reacting under nitrogen environment to obtain a mixed solution, pouring the mixed solution into methanol for precipitation to obtain a polyamide composition solid, dissolving the polyamide composition solid and the catalyst in an organic solvent to obtain a polyamide solution, coating the polyamide solution on a supporting plate to obtain a polyamide coating film, baking and curing the polyamide coating film to obtain the finished product.
