USE - The composite material is useful for electric equipment. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high hardness, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. The preparation method is simple, has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a conductive circuit of an electrical device, comprising carrying out the process as mentioned above.
