NOVELTY - The cooling paste comprises a hydrogel layer that includes a hydrogel and graphene sheets which are distributed in the hydrogel and in contact with each other. A mass ratio of the graphene sheet to the hydrogel is 3 to 10 is to 100. The hydrogel layer has a thickness of 3-5 mm and a water content of 58-62 %. The graphene sheet includes graphene microsheets and/or graphene nanosheets. The hydrogel includes a polyacrylic acid based hydrogel. The hydrogel layer further includes glycerin, menthol and/or borneol. USE - Cooling paste for use in regulating body temperature, such as at time of fever. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheets are in contact with each other to form a heat conduction loop, which greatly improves the thermal conductivity of the hydrogel, thus increasing the thermal conductivity of the hydrogel layer by up to ten times.
