NOVELTY - Preparing an electromagnetic shielding composite material involves adding hybrid graphene/carbon nanotube dispersion liquid graphene and/or multi-wall carbon nanotubes, and surfactant polyethylene glycol or ethyl cellulose to acetone and reacting for 6-12 hours and then subjecting into ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a hybrid graphene and/or carbon nanotube dispersion. The hybrid graphene and/or carbon nanotubes and a cyanate ester blending solution are dissolving in acetone, and then mixing with dispersion liquid, and continuing ultrasonic 6-12 hours to obtain a uniformly dispersed dispersion. The obtained solvent acetone in dispersion is removed by a rotary steaming, and obtained slurry is poured into a mold and placed in a vacuum oven at 80-100 degrees C and degassing treatment for 0.5-3 hours under the conditions. USE - Method for preparing an electromagnetic shielding composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare an electromagnetic shielding composite material, which has simple preparation process, low cost and capable of mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mold containing the slurry is horizontally placed in an electric blast drying oven and solidified at 120-140 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, preferably 160-180 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, more preferably 180-190 degrees C for 2-4 hours, most preferably 190-210 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
