NOVELTY - Aluminum-based graphene heating plate comprises a mounting bracket (1), a power plug (3), and an aluminum-based graphene heating component (4), where the power plug and the aluminum-based graphene generate heat. The component is electrically connected. The aluminum-based graphene heating component includes an aluminum alloy plate, a graphene heating sheet, and an aluminum-plastic plate, which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. USE - Aluminum-based graphene heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-based graphene heating plate, which has high strength and difficult to bend. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an aluminum-based graphene heating plate, which involves: (A) laminating the graphene heating sheet with the surface-treated aluminum alloy plate, where an aluminum-based graphene heating plate is made from a prepreg; (B) laminating the aluminum-based graphene heating plate with the surface-treated aluminum-plastic plate, and forming an aluminum-based graphene heating component through silicone glue; (C) positioning and drilling the aluminum-based graphene heating component until the surface of the aluminum alloy plate is exposed and a semi-sinking hole is formed; (D) welding the welding screw with the surface of the aluminum alloy plate in the semi-sink, so that the welding screw is firmly welded to the aluminum alloy; (E) fixing the mounting bracket on the aluminum-based graphene heating component by welding screws and nuts; and (F) connecting the power plug with the aluminum-based graphene heating component through an electric wire to make an aluminum-based graphene heating plate.
