▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves filtering dispersion ethanol of graphene oxide to a glass fiber of a microporous filtering film. Drying function is performed to obtain an oxidized graphene oxide/glass fiber composite film. Heat treatment is performed on an oxidized graphite/gloss fiber composite film to obtain a partially reduced oxidized graphene oxide /glass fibers composite film. Diameter volume ratio of glass fiber liquid of a micro-porous filter film and graphene ethanol is calculated about 2.3 to 2.7cm. Temperature of heat treatment is calculated about 100-180 degrees per celsious. USE - Method for preparing a partial reduction oxidation graphene/glass fiber composite film used in gas separation film technology field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving raw material utilization rate, and adopting film preparing technique in a simple manner, preparing film in an uniform manner. The method enables fully exerting synergistic effect of interlayer channel size sieving and functional group interaction, improving selectivity of partially reducing oxidized graphene/glass fiber composite film.
