NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene thin film includes (a) adding isopropanol and N, N-dimethylformamide into distilled water and then dissolving and dispersing to obtain dispersing solution, (b) adding graphene nanoparticles mixed powder and then mixing with the dispersed solution to form a mixed slurry, (c) processing the mixed slurry, (d) mixing the treated slurry with Lewis acid and then ultrasonically processing, (e) filtering the graphene dispersing slurry in a filter paper of a filter cloth, (f) hot processing the coating and then rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene thin film (claimed), which is useful in electric device. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply preparing the graphene thin film in an eco-friendly manner with less energy consumption and heat coefficient of 500-1300 W/mK. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene thin film includes (a) adding isopropanol and N, N-dimethylformamide into distilled water and then dissolving and dispersing to obtain dispersing solution, (b) adding graphene nanoparticles mixed powder and then mixing with the dispersed solution to form a mixed slurry, (c) processing the mixed slurry for 30 minutes, (d) mixing the treated slurry with Lewis acid and then ultrasonically processing at 30 degrees C to obtain graphene dispersing slurry, (e) filtering the graphene dispersing slurry in a filter paper of a filter cloth using coating technique to obtain coating having a thickness of 30-500 mu m and (f) hot processing the coating by heat treatment process and then rolling by a rolling treatment process.
