NOVELTY - The method involves providing a graphene donor unit by patterning a graphene layer (G), where the graphene donor unit comprises the graphene layer, a release layer and an elastic stamp layer that are sequentially stacked. A device unit (302) is provided, where the device unit comprises a substrate (310), a lower electrode (320) and an organic part (330) that are sequentially stacked. The graphene layer of the graphene donor unit is in contact with the organic part. The release layer and elastic stamp layer are removed from the graphene donor unit. USE - Method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting device i.e. self light-emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the organic light-emitting device with improved luminous efficiency as the graphene layer has high transmittance, and preventing the substrate, lower electrode and organic part from being damaged during a patterning process.
